  • Do I only have 4 weeks to complete this course?

    Absolutely not. I have the course laid out in a 4 Week breakdown, but I wanted to make sure that busy families could go through the information on their own time. You have unlimited access to the content!

  • Will I learn how to read food labels?

    Yes, I go over what IS important and what is NOT important when reading labels on food. The easiest thing to do is to buy food in its whole form where there are no labels but almost everyone on planet earth buys at least something that comes with a label. I also encourage counting chemicals, not calories when reading your labels.

  • Is this course live?

    It is not. You will find slides for each section with voiceovers from me. You will also find activities and informational handouts that you can print. This helps keep the course available to anyone at any time.

  • Is this a quick fix diet?

    This is not a quick fix diet. This course encourages a lifestyle change geared towards a nutrient dense, whole food diet. It teaches you how to shop, read labels, make better choices, etc. This lifestyle change is not necessarily easy, and it will take work on your part.
